24th of July!

The 24th (Pioneer Day) was the day we were supposed to head to Flaming Gorge to start our vacation but then we found out that our brother and sister in law were doing fireworks and stuff that night. The kids were already out there with their gammie and it was really late already since Mike and I both had to work till 8 and we didnt get out of there till almost 9. So we decided to get up early the next morning so we could stay with the family and watch the fireworks. It was really fun and slightly rainy, but the kids loved it. Both Evy and Ethan were soaked by the time we left. it was pretty funny. Well Dave, Mike and Daves friend lit the fireworks for us all. They were pretty good, they even had competition on how fast they could get them to light and how long they burned. It was pretty entertaining to watch. They kids played in the yard and ran around playing tag and just being kids. It was dark and smoky from the fireworks and the kids wouldnt hold still so most of my pics didnt turn out but I did get a few. It was fun to be there with the family and enjoy the 24th.
